A weak ridge extends along the southern Queensland coast. A low lies to the west
of Norfolk Island and will move southwestwards during the outlook period,
extending a S’ly wind flow on to the southern Queensland coast.

FORECAST FOR MORETON BAY
Sunday until midnight: Winds: SW to SE 10 to 15 knots, tending SE to NE 5 to 10
knots in the afternoon. Seas: 0.7 metres.
Monday: Winds: Variable 5 to 10 knots, tending NE 10 to 15 knots in the
afternoon. Seas: 0.7 metre.
Tuesday: Winds: S to SE 10 to 15 knots, increasing to 15 to 20 knots.
